Dear Gazette,
Today I watched a bloke send his wife into the supermarket alone. He refused to enter because he wouldn’t wear a mask. The scientific knowledge he’d found on Facebook was apparently better than the Spanish government’s, and his personal comfort was more important than other people’s health Later I chatted to my daughter, who’d just come off an 8.5 hour shift on an emergency ward wearing full PPE all the time. It’s hot, uncomfortable and unpleasant work, but she still did a lot less moaning than the bloke at the supermarket.
Man up and mask up, guys.
