Cyclist suffers heart failure in Puerto del Carmen

A 60-year-old man was rushed to hospital after suffering from heart failure while riding a bike in Puerto del Carmen yesterday.

The incident took place at 10.45 on the Avenida de las Playas, when the cyclist fell from his bike into the street.

After CPR was successfully administered, the man was taken to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hopsital in Arrecife in a “critical” state.
