Lanzarote’s cruise season has started with the arrival of the immense, 4,000 bed Anthem of the Seas on Friday.
110 moorings will be made by cruisers at Puerto de los Marmoles or the Arrecife Marina between now and the end of the year.
September and early October will see few cruisers, though, with just a handful of stops scheduled. That will change towards the end of October, when things will start to get busy. That is when the sight of the gigantic eyes and red lips of the Aida cruisers will once again arrive to feed our nightmares.
November will see more than 50 stops and December more than 40, with a good chance that Lanzarote may break records for the amount of crusie tourists hosted by the end of the year.
