Costa Teguise was left without water for several hours on Thursday after the pipe that supplies the resort was damaged.
The cut affected all homes and businesses in the resort from 2 pm onwards, and although Canal Gestión promised that normal service would be resumed within three hours, many residents were complaining that they were still without water after nightfall.
