The construction of a five-star tourist complex in Costa Teguise is back underway, with the laying of foundations expected by the end of the year.
The complex is located at the far eastern end of Costa Teguise, near the hamlet of Los Ancones. It will be able to accommodate 700 guests, with 252 double rooms, 40 luxury rooms and 60 poolside suites.
The complex will be themed on salt, with a strong emphasis on spa facilities and the use of fresh sea water.
Construction of the complex was halted by the pandemic, but the resumption of the works means that the complex is expected to open in 2026.
