Car fire in Puerto del Carmen

Fire fighters were alerted to calle Anzuela in Puerto del Carmen yesterday morning, after reports of a car fire.

At approximately 11:30am yesterday morning, the emergency services were called to calle Anzuela in Puerto del Carmen after residents reported the fire.

Upon arrival, fire fighters found that several residents had extinguished the fire themselves, however, the rescue team saw that smoke was still coming from the engine and gave the car a thorough inspection.

No injuries were reported.
