Bodegas Martinón has been awarded two silver medals for their wines at the Baco Wine Awards that was recently held in Madrid.

Each year the Baco Awards bring together more than 50 tasters to evaluate in a strict blind tasting all the wines entered in this quality competition, the longest running on the national calendar.

Sommeliers, specialised critics, journalists, communicators, hospitality professionals and oenologists, all members of the Spanish Tasters Union, guarantee with their experience the rigor when awarding the Baco Awards medals:

– Grandes Bacos de Oro: for those that exceed 93 points.

– Gold Bacos: for those that score more than 89 points and less than 93 points.

– Silver Bacos: for those that exceed 85 points and do not reach 89 points.

Bodegas Martinón’s “Lágrima” and “Martinón Blanco Seco” wines were awarded with two silver medals at this year’s contest.

You can find the wine in various shops on the island, or buy online on their website.
