The average price per square metre in Lanzarote almost reached 2,500 euros in June this year and Tías has seen the steepest rise since the start of the year.
Based on figures from idealista, Lanzarote’s Data Centre has published the average price per square metre on Lanzarote for June.
By municipality, Tías has seen the steepest rise with a 16% increase since the beginning of the year, reaching 3,421 euros per square metre on average.
Yaiza has the highest average price per square metre of Lanzarote’s municipalities, however, the averages have remained relatively unchanged this year with an average of 3,444 euros in June.
Arrecife, the island’s capital, has recorded the second highest rise with a 6.75% increase to 1,746 euros per square metre on average.
After Yaiza and Tías, the third most expensive municipality is Teguise which recorded an average of 2,381 euros per square metre in June.
Prices haven’t risen much in Teguise, as well as Tinajo (1,957 euros), San Bartolome (2,013 euros) and Haria (2,006 euros).
