Arrecife Ayuntamiento have published this year’s Christmas events programme. Here it is in English.

DECEMBER 2024

Monday 9^th

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

7pm – Inauguration of Arrecife’s Nativity Scene and Santa’s Grotto.

Thursday 12^th

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

5pm to 7pm – Children’s Workshops.

At the Parque Islas Canarias:

7pm – Zumba Christmas.

Friday 13^th

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

5pm to 7pm – Children’s Workshops.

8:30pm – Concert from Cristina Ramos.

At the Centro Civico:

10am – Gospel Workshop.

At the CSC de Altavisa:

11am – Circus performance with Toto the clown.

11am to 1pm – Children’s Workshops.

At the CSC de San Francisco Javier:

5:30pm – Circus performance with Toto the clown.

8:30pm – Performance from Los Viejos de la Palma folklore group.

11am – Real Camels Tour.

7pm – Performances from the Lanzarote SaxQuartet.

At the Recinto Ferial:

6:30pm to 12:30am – End of year youth fiesta with DJ sets.

Sunday 29^th

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

11am to 1pm – Children’s Workshops.

At the Parque Islas Canarias:

12 noon – “Domingo Familiar” with performances suitable for children.

6pm – “Fiestukids” children’s fiesta.

Monday 30^th

3pm to 5pm – Children’s Workshops. At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda.

Tuesday 31^st

12pm until Midnight – New Year’s Celebrations at Plaza de Las Palmas. With numerous musical performances and DJ sets.

9pm to 4am – End Of Year/New Years celebrations at the Castillo de San Jose in Arrecife. Including Twelve Grapes traditional celebrations, a gastronomic market and live music.

JANUARY 2024

Thursday 2^nd

In the neighbourhoods of San Francisco Javier & Argana Baja:

11am – Three Kings Procession.

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

5pm to 7pm – Children’s workshops.

At the Playa de Las Palmas:

8:30pm – New Year’s Concert with performances from multiple bands & artists.

Friday 3^rd

In the neighbourhoods of Valterra & Los Alonso:

11am – Three Kings Procession.

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

5pm to 7pm – Children’s workshops.

Saturday 4^th

In the Titerroy neighbourhood:

11am – Three Kings Procession.

At the Parque Jose Ramirez Cerda:

11am to 1pm – Children’s workshops.

At the Plaza de Las Palmas:

8:30pm – “Merengazo Navideno”

Sunday 5^th

10am – Three Kings visit all neighbourhoods of Arrecife.

6pm – Three Kings parade starting from the Puerto de Naos roundabout up to Parque Islas Canarias. Afterwards a performance from Parranda Raices.

At the Plaza de Las Palmas:

8pm – Christmas Fiesta with performances from the Vocal Force and Tremendo Son groups.
