A man tripped and fell in Arrecife’s Saturday market yesterday at midday, reportedly banging his head severely and losing teeth. It is reported that he tripped on loose and broken paving stones.
The sight of the blood that resulted from the accident caused the woman who was accompanying him to faint, and she was also attended by local police and paramedics.
The paved area in the Plaza de Las Palmas has been in a terrible state for some time now, with cracked and missing paving stones.
