75-year-old driver hospitalised after crash in Tinajo

An elderly man has been taken to hospital after the vehicle he was travelling in veered off the road near Tinajo.

The incident took place at approximately 5.40 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, on the LZ-46.

According to the emergency services, the 75-year-old sustained injuries when his car veered off the road.

Medical crews attended to the casualty at the scene, treating him for several moderate injuries. Once his condition had been stabilised, he was transported to Dr Jose Molina Orosa Hospital for further care.
