A 60-year-old man was rescued from Los Charcones yesterday afternoon after suffering a fall.
Firemen rescued the man from the rockpools near Playa Blanca and took him to an ambulance that was waiting at the desalination plant nearby, He had suffered injuries to an arm and a leg.
The victim was taken to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife for treatment.
