400,000 euro Famara road renovation project

€420,800 is to be spent on renovating the LZ-402 road leading into Caleta de Famara.

Works will focus on the kilometre of the road leading into the village, which has suffered damage from constant traffic and the passage of sand, and within the village itself.

The project is currently open to tender and once the contract is awarded, the works will take two months and are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
