The evening finished on a simple yet elegant note with a light cake topped with local fresh strawberries and cream.

“They were blown away with how fresh the food was, how colourful it was, and how everything tasted so lovely compared to what they get in the UK,” says Nerina. “Everything was just so fresh. I source everything locally.”
