80-year-old woman injured after being struck by a vehicle in Arrecife

An 80-year-old woman has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Arrecife yesterday morning.

At approximately 9am yesterday morning, the emergency services were alerted to Calle Manolo Millares in Arrecife after a report of an elderly woman that has been hit by a vehicle.

Upon arrival, the medical staff assessed her injuries and determined that she had suffered numerous moderate injuries. Once stabilised in the ambulance, the 80-year-old woman was taken to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa hospital for further treatment.
