Lanzarote is now on an orange alert for heat, with temperatures expected to be slightly lower than yesterday’s heatwave. Maximum temperatures of 38 degrees may be experienced in the south-east of the island.
There is no weather alert for tomorrow ( Monday), when temperatures are expected to cool down significantly.
Breezes are forecast to reach up to 50 kph tonight and continue throughout tomorrow, clearing away the high calima of the last two days.
