The National Police have arrested a 26-year-old man after a search revealed he had ingested 65 capsules filled with heroin.
The 26-year-old, with no previous offences, was thought to only have ingested 26 capsules. However, when taken to a health centre by police, he later produced 39 more.
He caught the attention of the police in Arrecife after acting suspiciously on the Avenida Fred Olsen.
