Tías Ayuntamiento have announced a new disinfection and pest extermination campaign that will take place in the municipality from next week.
Work will be undertaken in the municipality’s sewage system to disinfect and exterminate troublesome pests.
Beginning next Monday, March 20th, in Puerto del Carmen, the work will be carried out all week in different zones of the resort.
Tías’ Public Health Councillor, Laura Callero, stated that the Ayuntamiento carries out periodic disinfection/extermination campaigns to minimise the risk to public health posed, “we have individual responsibility, so I thank the neighbours who collaborate by reporting trouble spots and who keep their properties clean, while maintaining household waste by properly disposing it inside the corresponding rubbish containers”.
On Friday, March 24th, the centre of Tías will be covered along with the school. On March 27th, the rest of the areas in the municipality will be covered: Conil, Masdache, Mácher, Mácher, La Asomada and Tegoyo.
