Wine Run road closures

Some La Geria roads will be closed tomorrow, Sunday 16^th June, for the celebration of the annual Wine Run.

The LZ-56 road (which passes the Volcán del Cuervo) will be closed from 8.30am until 10 am, while the short LZ-501, which leads from the main LZ-30 road towards La Asomada and Conil, will be closed from 9am until 12 noon (alternative access is available via the LZ-503).

The main 23-kilometre race will depart from Bodega La Florida at 8.30am, while the shorter 12km run will start at Finca Testeina at 9.30am.

Organisers are advised to take care when passing through the La Geria region and pay attention to signs and instructions from traffic wardens.
