Two people were injured in a collision in Costa Teguise last night.
The incident took place on the Avenida de las Islas Canarias and was reported at 9pm. When emergency services arrived, one motorist had managed to get out of his vehicle and was attended to by paramedics.
The other driver was trapped in his vehicle and firemen had to access him through the boot in order to remove him. Both drivers were taken to the hospital in Arrecife.
