The Canarian Supreme Court has ordered the Teguise Ayuntamiento to present a plan of action within two months for the “skeleton hotel” on plot 242-B in Costa Teguise.

With the new demands from the Canarian Supreme Court, they have made it clear once again that action must be taken.

“The injunctions show that he [the Mayor of Teguise] only acts when he is required to do so by the courts and sanctions that are imposed on him”, stated the Cabildo President, María Dolores Corujo.

The new demands have come from the Cabildo’s intense judicial activity to guarantee compliance with the sentences put in place to stop urbanistic indiscipline of both the Teguise and Yaiza Ayuntamiento.
