The Tías Ayuntamiento have announced that they have attended to 75% of the complaints made on the Linea Verde app which allows residents to report issues directly to the Ayuntamiento.
The Ayuntamiento, through its various departments, have responded to and solved 75% of complaints made on through the Linea Verde app in 2022, with 9.7% of reports to be addressed soon. Last year, a total of 4,315 incidents were reported.
Mayor of Tías, José Juan Cruz, values the app as a link between residents and the Ayuntamiento, and expresses the success achieved after the implementation of it. Resident participation in the use of the app has grown exponentially since its introduction.
Reporting incidents in your municipality
To report an incident yourself, simply download the app “Linea Verde” and click on the “new incident” button. A drop-down menu will appear where you can select the type of incident.
