The Guardia Civil have arrested three people, between the ages of 29 to 37, after breaking into an apartment in Costa Teguise and stealing 12,000 euros worth of goods.
Three people between the ages of 29 and 37 were arrested at the end of last month as the alleged perpetrators of the burglary of an apartment in Costa Teguise.
According to reports, the three detainees allegedly stole cleaning equipment, a tire inflation pump, sports equipment, bicycle repair tools, food and a bicycle. The stolen goods were valued at approximately 12,000 euros.
The thieves were identified by police after they spotted the limited-edition model bicycle up for sale on a second-hand goods platform.
The stolen items were returned to the victim, apart from the food items.
The three detainees are now awaiting the following legal proceedings.
