Staff hired “to inform and advise”

The Cabildo has hired ten staff to “inform and advise” tourists about some of the island’s most fragile beauty spots.

The workers will be on hand at sites such as the Volcán del Cuervo and Caldera Colorada to tell visitors about the “values, vulnerability and peculiarities” of the sites.

The employees have been trained and selected by Gesplan, who will present the project in full next week.
