A man died in a traffic accident near the old windmill which overlooks the roundabout between Uga and Yaiza yesterday afternoon.
The incident took place at around 2pm on Saturday afternoon, and appears to have been the result of a driver losing control of his vehicle and colliding with another car. Occupants of the other vehicle suffered mild injuries.
