The emergency services were called to a fire on the Princesa Yaiza hotel roof yesterday afternoon.
At approximately 3:30pm yesterday afternoon, fire fighters were alerted to a fire at the Princesa Yaiza hotel.
Upon arrival the fire fighters verified that the fire had been safely extinguished by the hotel staff. The roof itself hadn’t caught fire, however numerous pallets and cardboard packaging on the roof had caught alight.
