San Bartolomé Ayuntamiento have completed the most recent roadworks project along a stretch of the Avenida Marmerto Cabrera near Orvecame.
The road further on from the Optimus roundabout in Playa Honda has been resurfaced and all imperfections corrected.
Beginning on March 20th, more works will begin in Playa Honda along the commercial stretch which will include new parking spaces.
San Bartolomé Mayor, Isidro Pérez, stated that the work “has been carried out in phases to cause the least posible impact on those that pass through the área.”
“San Bartolomé Ayuntamiento are continuing to improve accessibility to the shops in the area and ensure the safety and traffic flow”, he added.
