Yaiza Ayuntamiento has put out to tender the drafting of plans for a new library and sociocultural centre on a plot in Montaña Roja next to the school.
The plan is to construct a two-story building above ground with a usable area of 970 square metres, which will house a new library, multimedia room, auditorium, administrative area, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, and a storage room.
Interested companies have until November 20th to submit their bids.
