Pedro Sánchez arrives on Lanzarote

Spain’s Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has arrived on Lanzarote once again for his summer holiday.

A people carrier arrived at the palace at Las Maretas near Costa Teguise at around 2pm yesterday afternoon, with Sánchez and his family inside.

Lanzarote has become a regular summer holiday destination for the Sánchez family, who have stayed at Las Maretas on at least three previous occasions. Last summer, the PM was photographed while visiting the Saturday morning market in Haría.
