Noche Blanca huge success

Thousands of people, most of them wearing white,  headed to La Villa de Teguise on Friday night fort the annual Noche Blanca event.

Concerts, street theatre, dance, fashion shows, batucadas, art, sport and much, much more were on offer during the evening, during which no incidents were reported.

Opening the event, Mayor Olivia Duque said “It gives me great pride to see how this event is supported by the people every year.”

Teguise Council has thanked the security forces and street cleaners for their work during and after the event.
