The Canarian Government has authorised the construction of a four-star hotel in Costa Teguise.
The hotel will have accommodation for 407 guests in 176 rooms, and will be located on a 50,000 square-metre plot next to the Hotel Playa Verde/BLUESEA, between the Avenida de las Palmeras and the Avenida del Mar. It will take the place of one of the abandoned “skeleton” hotels in Costa Teguise.
Having been approved by the regional government, the project will now require approval from Lanzarote’s Cabildo.
