The Rojillos go into the 2020/21 season with a special new shirt to honour the 50 years of Unión Deportiva Lanzarote – a shirt that also happens to be the perfect souvenir of Lanzarote, whether you’re a footie fan or not.

For the first time in three years the team will be wearing a new-look shirt available in the home colours of red and blue; the away strip in white and blue, and also the popular third shirt of pink and white.
The shirts all have specially embroidered 50 Aniversario under the club badge, and the image of a volcano and phrase Isla de los Volcanes remains on the back of all the shirts. The adult price is the same as it has been for 14 years, at €35 Euro, while the children’s shirt is still €25.
The players have returned to training in Arrecife and, although the Spanish Football Federation has not yet confirmed the date or fixtures for the Tercera División (Fourth Tier), it does look likely that the league will commence on October 18th.
The league system is very complicated this season due to Covid measures, but the important thing is that there are three promotion places to be battled for. This all means that there is a huge opportunity for the Rojillos to return to Segunda B (Third Tier).
