Lanzarote’s hotels earned over 50 million euros in June as prices rose 10% compared to June last year.
According to the Canary Islands Institute of Statistics, hotel prices in June rose by 10% to 115 per night compared to June 2023, resulting in a total of 51.6 million euros earned by the island’s hotels.
Lanzarote’s hotels earned 3.7 million euros more than in June last year, as they recorded 171,000 guests and more than one million overnight stays last month.
Hotel employment has increase by 20% in the last year, totalling at 10,259 workers (8,516 last year.)
