San Bartolomé Ayuntamiento have announced that they will increase the number of lifeguards on beaches during Easter Week.
Between April 3rd – April 10th, the beaches in San Bartolomé will have an increased number of lifeguards to account for a higher number of visitors during Easter Week, in particular Playa de Guacimeta, Playa de Juan Curita and Playa Chica.
Mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, stated the importance of “having safe beaches in our municipality so that both residents of San Bartolomé and visitors can enjoy a quiet and safe holiday”.
“This measure of increased security and surveillance personnel on the coastline of the municipality will be carried out between 11.00h and 19.00h from Monday 3 April until Monday 10.”
