The Jose Molina Orosa Hospital has received high praise after the results of a patient satisfaction survey, conducted by ESAH, had revealed an average rating of 8.61 for the hospital.
ESAH carried out a survey to measure the quality of care and patient satisfaction. They had a sample size of 416 patients, which ranged from stays of less than 5 days up to those which stayed 15 days or more.
A staggering 98.50% of surveyed patients were satisfied with the level of care and quality during their time in the hospital. Additionally, the nursing staff received full marks with 100% satisfaction.
91.8% of patients drew attention to the good level of cleanliness and hygiene.
For those that are privacy conscious, 99.03% of patients felt that their privacy was respected and 78% claimed to know the name of their doctor.
