High marks for hospital care and attention

General services at the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife has been ranked at 8.7 out of 10 by patients who attended in 2023, according to the annual satisfaction survey carried out by the Canarian Health Service.

Of hospital departments, the Cardiology unit received the highest rating at 9.43, followed by the Oncology unit, at 9.29.

The treatment given by doctors and nurses, as well as by ancillary staff, was described as “good or very good” by over 98% of patients.
