Heat, dust and roaring engines this weekend on Lanzarote

The 27^th Rallye Isla de los Volcanes will take place this Saturday, the biggest dirt rally driving event on Lanzarote.

French world championship driver Pierre-Louis Loubet and his co-driver Loris Pascaud will be one of the main attractions, while Gil Membrado (Ford Fiesta) and Alex Villanueva (Toyota GR Yaris) will be fighting it out in the 2025 Spanish Championship title. All in all, 52 teams will be taking part in the various events

The main events will take place on the evening of Friday 8^th and all day on Saturday 9^th, with the base of operations located at Maneje in Arrecife. However, there will be rally stages held all over the island.
