A seven-year-old girl was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle on the Avenida del Mar in Costa Teguise yesterday.
The incident occurred at 5.10 pm, and two ambulances arrived afterwards, establishing that the child has multiple injuries of a serious nature. Once stabilised, the girl was taken to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital in a medicalised ambulance.
No further information has been provided about the vehicle involved or the nature of the incident.
