Flight to Tenerife delayed as passenger insisted on changing seat during take-off

A Binter flight from Lanzarote to Tenerife was delayed yesterday when a woman passenger insisted on changing her seat during take-off.

According to reports, the woman demanded to move her seat and join a friend at the rear of the plane as the plane taxied out to the runway. Cabin staff informed her that she could move once the plane was airborne, but not until.

However, the woman insisted and took a photo of one of the flight assistants, who insisted that she delete the photo. When this was refused, the flight attendants ordered the pilot to return to the airport, where the woman was removed by Guardia Civil officers.
