Five rubbish bins set on fire in Arrecife

Fire fighters were called to Calle Alfarera Dorotea Armas in Arrecife in the early hours of this morning, after reports that five rubbish containers had been set on fire.

At approximately 5:45am, the emergency services were alerted to five rubbish bins that had been set on fire on calle Alfarera Dorotea Armas in Arrecife.

Upon arrival, local police officers were able to move one container to prevent it going up in flames along with the other 5.

Fire fighters later arrived at the scene and safely extinguished the five containers.

No injuries were reported.
