Femés will celebrate “Noche de Finaos” on October 29th

Yaiza Ayuntamiento announced that the “The Night of Finaos” will take place on Wednesday, October 29th, in Femés.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., the town square will be the setting for storytelling, children’s workshops, Canarian music, and the theatrical performance ‘La Noche de los Finaos’ by the Actúa7 company.

Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy stories of traditions (5:30 p.m.), children’s music workshops and oil lamp making (6:00 p.m.), including tasting of mantecados (shortbread) and chocolate, a performance by the Guágaro Folk Group (7:00 p.m.), and the closing act by Actúa7, which captivated the audience last year with its surprising staging. This time, it arrives with a new artistic proposal that demystifies death and celebrates life.
