It can feel like you are hitting your head against a glass ceiling, or wearing an inner corset that keeps your true self laced up tight.
Dorothea brings a wealth of international experience to her coaching practice. With a background as a performing artist, an acting supervisor at Heliopolis University, and an integral psychotherapist, her work is deeply rooted in helping people break through false and limiting beliefs.

The Invisible Corset: A Free Introductory Workshop
This three-hour workshop is designed to help you explore what truly lies behind that feeling of being held back. It is a chance to move beyond the fixed mindset and discover the freedom that comes from releasing those internal constraints.
