The Yaiza Naturalez Sonora series has treated audiences to a rich tapestry of sound across numerous genres since the first concert in July this year. Last Saturday, visitors were captivated by a classical recital from the Duo Opus 22 at the Parque infantile Las Casitas in Femés.

This event marked the fourth in a series of six concerts organised by this travelling initiative, which promotes the art of music in the open spaces of the Yaiza municipality.

Violinist Claudia Guerra Martín and guitarist Daniel León Sánchez shaped musical landscapes and figures at will, interpreting a spectrum of emotions in a performance inspired by the work of the Granada-born writer Federico García Lorca. The towns of Granada and Yaiza were united by the magic of music during the enchanting evening at Las Casitas.

Yaiza Naturaleza Sonora continues to break new ground in art and invites the public to the two final concerts that will close the year.

On Saturday, November 22, in Las Breñas, Pamplona-born singer-songwriter Andrea Santiago will perform her creative blend of alternative pop and folk-rock in the Plaza Víctor Fernández Gopar.

Play Blanca will host the grand finale on December 20 with Lula Mora, a group formed by Sara Caride and Silvia Izquierdo. Their artistic fusion of music and poetry strengthens the cultural ties between Galicia and the Canary Islands.

The events are free to attend.
