Drugs discovered on La Graciosa

A local resident reported the discovery of a bale of drugs to Teguise police yesterday. The bale was floating in waters off La Graciosa.

Police took charge of the bale, which weighed around 20 kgs. It has not yet been revealed which type of substance it contained.

Bales of marijuana and cocaine have been discovered near or on the beaches of La Graciosa on several occasions in previous years.
