While no party won yesterday’s general election outright, one islander did win big, after a prize of €103,766.79 was sold by the lottery shop at Los Zocos, opposite the Hotel Melia Salinas in Costa Teguise .
The winner of the prize had all five numbers plus the bonus number on their Bonoloto ticket.
Carolina Aparicio Rodríguez, owner of the shop, told Lancelot “We’re very happy to sell the prize-wionning ticket. It’s a pleasure to give out prizes.”
