Under the slogan “Buy twice, pay half,” this fourth edition of Consume Lanzarote increases the number of vouchers by 3,400 compared to last year, which will inject up to €774,000 into the local economy in just two months.

The president of the Lanzarote Cabildo, Oswaldo Betancort, has highlighted how Consume Lanzarote “has established itself as one of the major commitments of this government group… We are not just talking about an economic campaign, but an action that supports our families, helps combat inflation, and strengthens our commercial fabric.”

For his part, the Minister of Commerce, Armando Santana, highlighted the effort made to promote this new edition: “This year we have increased the public contribution by more than €100,000, reaching half a million euros in investment. This allows us to put 12,900 vouchers in the hands of citizens, a record number, and ensure that the resources go directly to local businesses.”

Each voucher is worth €60, of which the customer only pays €30. This means that, with a maximum contribution of €180, each user will have €360 to spend in the more than 210 stores that are currently participating in the campaign.

The vouchers can be purchased via the website www.consumelanzarote.org in the “COMPRAR BONO” section and must be redeemed before November 15th at participating establishments (which you can find in the “ESTABLECIMIENTOS ADHERIDOS”.) The Cabildo also reminds businesses interested in joining the initiative that they can still do so until October 31th on the same platform.

The vouchers will be available for purchase at 8am this Friday (September 15th.)

The Consume Lanzarote 2025 campaign is shaping up to be the most ambitious to date, with the aim of surpassing the results of previous editions. In 2024, 9,500 vouchers were issued, while this year the figures for both sales and registered businesses are expected to be significantly higher, as the aim is to exceed the 250 establishments that participated last year.
