Coach loses control and hits building

A coach lost control and seriously damaged the corner of a building in Mozaga yesterday, leaving rubble on the road.

The building stands on the LZ-409 just as it turns off from the main LZ-20 road through San Bartolomé. It is a well-known for its sign saying “Pa´ Dolores” (“To Dolores”), indicating the route pilgrims take to Mancha Blanca during the Romeria de los Dolores in September.  

The building is currently vacant, and no pedestrians or bus passengers was injured during the incident.

The Cabildo’s roads department has cleared the road, but motorists are still warned to take caution in the area.
