Tourist coach trips to various sights on Lanzarote will be suspended today due to a strike by coach operators.
Drivers are demanding better working conditions and a pay rise of up to €300 a month. The lack of agreement has resulted in suspension of coach excursions, although school buses and airport pick-ups for tourists will operate as normal.
If agreement is not reached by tomorrow, similar strikes will take place on Wednesday and Saturday.
