Two people were injured when the car they were travelling in left the road and flipped over on the road from Femes to Playa Blanca.
The incident was reported at 10.45 on Friday, and attended by firemen, local police officers and members of the Canarian Emergency Services.
The driver was trapped in the car and had to be removed by firemen, who placed him on a spinal stretcher. The passenger was able to leave the vehicle and was attended to by paramedics at the scene.
