The emergency services were called to a car that had hit a lamppost and overturned in Playa Blanca yesterday evening.
At approximately 7pm yesterday evening, fire fighters were called to Avenida El Verol in Playa Blanca after reports of a car accident.
Upon arrival, the fire fighters found the car on its side after it had hit a lamppost. The two occupants of the vehicle were able to leave the vehicle by their own means and were not injured in the accident.
The car was removed by the emergency services, the area swept for debris and the lamppost cordoned off.
